Accommodation - Cabanes als arbres

Cabanes als arbres are treehouses located in Sant Hilari Sacalm, 1 hour and 10 minutes by car from the facilities of Vol de Coloms. All rooms have a private ecology bathroom and stove. Next to the treehouse there is the main house where we can find the showers, a place to charge, the hall, the restaurant, the garden, the spa and the swimming pool.

Cancellation due personal reasons

If the client has to cancel the reservation due to personal reasons, the balloon ride reservation and the accommodation of the night before the flight, if there is any, will be maintained to be able to come on another occasion or we will refund the money.

On the other hand, the reservation of the tree house, VOL DE VOLOMS will follow the cancellation policy of the accommodation:

• Up to 30 days in advance, 75% will be refunded upon cancellation.
• Up to 15 days in advance, 50% will be refunded upon cancellation.
• In less than 15 days, there will be no refund.
However, if you want to cancel the singular accommodation and they can sell the room to a new client, your entire reservation will be kept to come another day or we will refund the money. If it cannot be sold to another client, we will follow the Cabanes als arbres policy.

Cancellation due to weather

the balloon ride reservation and the accommodation of the night before the flight, if there is any, will be maintained to be able to come on another occasion or we will refund the money.

The night in the cabin will have to be consumed unless the accommodation can sell the room to new clients. If it is sold, the full reservation will be kept to come another time or we will refund the money.
